Research & Evaluation Manager
Aleksandr Pugachev joined ETI’s Research and Evaluation Team in April 2017. He holds an MSc in Social Research from the University of Edinburgh. Since 2011, he has served as a monitoring and evaluation manager for projects dealing with youth development, health issues, labor migration, and gender issues in Central Asia. He has experience working with USAID- and Open Society Foundation-funded programs abroad. His strong skill set includes survey administration, focus groups/interviews, and data analysis. He is interested in demonstrating how complex analyses can be transformed into understandable and actionable steps in order to scale-up projects.
