Integration Programs Research & Evaluation Manager
Elizabeth McGee joined ETI's Integration Programs team as a Research & Evaluation Manager in May 2017. Elizabeth brings expertise in strategy, evaluation, evaluation capacity-building, and performance measurement to ETI, specifically as they pertain to large-scale initiatives aimed at addressing social justice issues. Since 2009, Elizabeth’s evaluation and applied research work have involved projects encompassing child and youth mental health, community development, workforce development, early childhood education, poverty, education, disability services, immigration, and community engagement. Elizabeth approaches projects with a system change lens, by which social justice issues are looked at comprehensively, so that root causes can be illuminated and addressed. Elizabeth received her M.A. in Community Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University in Ontario, Canada.
