Join us for an extraordinary experience and support the blind youth!

Empowerment through Integration (ETI) strives to change the narrative surrounding disability both for blind and sighted youth. We provide the emotional support necessary to bring out the potential of the youth, empowering them to be confident in their abilities, with the belief that if we focus on the positive abilities of others, the world will be a better place. ETI works to achieve this mission through our main programming, which consists of a summer camp and a social project program, in addition to fundraising events just like this one!

Vision Beyond Sight is an interactive experience where we dine in the dark, blindfolded. The underlying purpose of Vision Beyond Sight is to have our guests experience interacting without barriers or labels and develop a new understanding and a deeper perspective on what it means to be blind in a world for the sighted. The underlying purpose of Vision Beyond Sight is to have our guests experience interacting without barriers or labels and develop a new understanding and a deeper perspective on what it means to be blind in a world for the sighted. This helps to start a narrative surrounding identity and role of perceived identities in personal and professional interactions. All of this is done over a three-course, catered meal facilitated by our moderators.

In our previous offerings of Vision Beyond Sight, we have had amazing discussions surrounding identity and the role of sight in our interactions with others. We hope that you join us for a lively night of food and great discussion as we break down barriers and raise funds for the empowerment of blind youth in Lebanon and Nicaragua!
