Branwen has focused her professional career on the leadership and development of mission-driven international non-profit organizations. With a specific eye towards resource development, program development, strategic communications, and best-practices in operations, Branwen has scaled resources through brand development, stakeholder engagement, and the refinement of business processes in order to integrate the SROI into the overall strategic planning of an organization. As an outreach and resource development professional, Branwen’s organizational leadership approach is focused on relationship-based strategies that engage staff, volunteers and donors as partners at all levels of the work they support.
Branwen has served in a variety of leadership roles, including the Director of Development for the Alliance for Middle East Peace, the US Director for The Abraham Fund, and the National Executive Director for the Friends of the Arava Institute. Branwen holds a M.A. in International Administration from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies, University of Denver, and graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Government & International Relations from Clark University.
