Michael Haroz is a senior partner in the law firm of Goulston & Storrs whose principal offices are located in Boston, New York and Washington DC. He has served as lead transactional counsel in complex retail, office, hotel, residential, and mixed-use projects located throughout New England and the country.
Michael is a former Managing Partner of the firm and actively participates in Goulston’s training and pro bono programs. In recent years Michael has taught as a co-instructor in classes at Suffolk Law School and the LL.M Program in Banking and Financial Law at Boston University Law School.
Michael is a cum laude graduate of Princeton University with a Certificate in National and International Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School and a graduate of Harvard University Law School. He is currently a lecturer at Harvard School of Design.
