Rémi Hamzeh is a clinical pathologist, attaining her masters degree in rehabilitational and clinical psychology. She is a social activist in the field of child protection, and volunteers with several organizations including the Lebanese Red Cross. She is active in many capacity-building programs, and passionate about empowering special needs and vulnerable individuals, especially prisoners.
She volunteers with ETI because she sees that every kid has lots of potential and only needs empowerment, and that's what ETI does. Moreover, she seeks to become the person she needed when she was a kid: a backer. She joined ETI as an intern and now is a volunteer giving all she has, because she believes that the more you give, the more you receive.
